The team

He has practised as an advocate in Kraków since 2016, principally representing clients in court and pre-trial proceedings and before public authorities and law-enforcement bodies. His practice covers matters in several fields of law, among them criminal, civil, administrative and construction law, with particular attention to disputes arising out of development projects and the carrying out of building works.

He graduated in Law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2012. He then completed advocate's training at the Kraków Bar Association between 2013 and 2015, gaining professional experience alongside advocates' and legal advisers' firms.

In 2016, having passed the bar examination, he was admitted to the roll of advocates. He has developed his practice steadily since, representing clients both in court and pre-trial proceedings and before public authorities, law-enforcement bodies and other institutions.

He has experience in construction law matters, in particular those concerning development projects, the carrying out of building works and disputes between the parties to a construction project. He represents clients before the architectural-and-construction administration and the building inspectorate, and in court proceedings concerning the carrying out of a project and the liability of those involved in it.

Alongside his legal education he pursued an interest in the cultures and civilisations of Asia. In 2013 he completed a degree in Cultural Studies, specialising in Civilisations of the Far East, at the Faculty of Philology of the Jagiellonian University.

In his work he combines many years at the bar with an individual approach to every matter, concentrating on reading the client's situation correctly, settling on the right strategy and representing their interests effectively.
